Kinabalu
International School
We designed and prefabricated this school building
structure in a metal factory off site. The metal structure was cut and
laid out
on the factory floor for inspection. Once adjustments were made, the
frames are
replicated and pre painted.
A mock-up section of a typical classroom floor and
corridor framing is constructed inside the factory.
Meanwhile, the footings are prepared on site. We have
to
ensure the dimensions of the new structure match those of the existing
school
block because the new and existing buildings will be connected.
The completed metal frames are then trucked to site
and
erected using a mobile crane. The whole 4 storey structure is completed
in 2
weeks. The staircases are also pre-fabricated in the factory and
installed on
site.
Pre-cast light weight concrete panels are inserted
into
the frames forming Internal and external walls. Fibre cement
floorboards are
screwed onto the metal floor frames and finished with floor strips giving the floors a nice and polished
look. The whole construction is dry construction, meaning we minimize
the use
of wet cement works on site. Thus giving us a better control of
quality. Our
site remains relatively neat and clean also.

& supply solution for your building needs. We can design to suit
your site
and budget, pre fabricate the building and ship them to your site for
assembly.
Saving you time and money minimizing supervision on site. Kinabalu
International School uses this as the primary school classrooms and
kindergarten.
