All materials are available
off-the-shelf from your local hardware
stores. Sizes are standard easily
available sizes. We dont use any
specialist materials that are hard to
source. Easy to prefab and install.
Minimal in-situ works, most work can
be prefabricated in a factory. Only
the concrete footings need to be cast
onsite. The rest of the materials can
be prefabricated and delivered to site
pre-built and pre-finished. All metals
frames can be pre-welded in factory
and will fit into the back of a lorry.
We designed this house for Time, Labor
and Costs savings. The site footing
casting can be done by one team of
workers while the materials are being
pre-built in the factory by another
team of workers, thus saving time.
This way you dont have to wait until
your footings are completed to start
the fabricating walls and
floors. Building in a factory
has many advantages such as quality
and precision control. Minimal
wastage. And you can work under any
weather conditions. Your house can be
built by 2 separate team of workers
working simultaneously, saving time
and costs.
All of our roofs are sloping to
eliminate rain, snow and leaves
accumulating on them. We use roof
overhangs to prevent rain/snow splash
and summer sun from heating up the
house.
All Roofs, Walls, And Floors can be
insulated with 2 to 6 Thick
Insulation Batts, Sprayed-in
Insulation Foams and Bubble Sisalation
Foils. Electric or Woodstoves,
Chimneys, Washers, can be installed
inside. Interior space is quite
spacious.
We designed this house for to maximize
your land use. You will get a full
loft floor, entire house under one
roof. Every part of the house gets a
view outside. The build-up area vs.
materials used is very high and
efficient.
It has a generous covered porch area
that can be used as dining, sitting
and exercise space. Its a very
flexible use of space. High
windows are designed for natural light
penetration to the house. The living
area, kitchen, toilets, dining are all
on the same level. Sleeping area is at
the loft above. Solar panels can be
installed on the roof.
The architecture is unique and
elegant. The materials and colors are
designed to complement your
environment.

After you purchase a Ready-Made Plan
(Tiny House Series only) and If you
need to modify a Ready-Made Plan:

shape remains, it becomes longer or

a) A simple
thumbnail pencil sketch to modify it
is FREE (1 Plan and 1 Elevation.).

A set of CAD drawings changes to a
standard 2 D drawings (i.e. plans x 2,
